kristi and douglas exchanged vows in a traditional
catholic wedding ceremony in one of southern
indiana’s most beautiful historic churches.

completed in 1880, saint joseph church combines
romanesque columns and arches, gothic stained
glass and byzantine mosaics. the church nave is
over 190 ft long. its roof is supported by 14 columns,
67 ft high, cut from yellow poplar. the bell tower
rises 235 ft skyward. listed on both the indiana state
and national register of historic places, the church
is the architectural focal point of jasper, indiana.

the couple's wedding programs respect and honor
the historical and spiritual significance of this
church. three vertically oriented sheets of 100%
cotton fine art paper were printed in delicate black
script and bound with a fuchsia organdy bow.
